Moisés Arriaga, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the founder of the Hearing and Balance Center at Alleghney General Hospital. Dr. Arriaga is also adjunct associate professor of surgery (otolaryngology and neurosurgery) at Allegheny University of the Health Sciences. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
