Our fees are within the customary range for our specialty and reflect the level of care that you receive. During your first visit, additional testing may be necessary to diagnose your problem. Co-payment is due at the time of your visit. If you are scheduling surgery and have a high deductible plan, arrangements will be made for payment prior to your surgical date. |
